0 - 120 Classroom Number Line to go with Common Core

After searching for a 0-120 number line to match the Common Core Standards and not finding what I needed, I decided to create my own.
The number line includes both a manuscript and print font. Also included are a left and right hand. All even numbers are blue and all odd numbers are red. The number words are included below each number. Tens are highlighted in yellow.
This 0-120 number line is meant to be printed on cardstock, cut out and assembled. The final measurement of the number line is approximately 26 ft 11 in.

How Much Does That Word Cost? Word Work and Spelling Activity

Here is a great way to get your students to practice spelling words throughout the year. Students use these cards to figure out how much their spelling words are worth. To meet the needs of different learners, there are four different levels: 1. nickels and pennies; 2. dimes and pennies; 3. nickels, dimes and pennies; 4. quarters, nickels, dimes and pennies. I have also included recording sheets if you do not wish to have students write the words and in a journal. The recording sheets are for 12 words, 10 words, 8 words or 5 words.

For using this activity at a center, print out the money task card, laminate it and put it into a ziplock bag with coins for students to manipulate.
