Updated Memory Book

I know...I know...the end of the year is still a little ways off, but I like to start thinking about what I'm going to do to keep those kiddos interested and engaged in learning those last few weeks when everything seems to get a little crazy around school. And, I like to get things done early, so I've updated my End of Year Memory Book on TPT. This item is my best seller. I've added several additional pages to this packet. You can create a fun memory book for your students to complete during those last few weeks of school. Included are a cover sheet, pages for listing favorites (4 versions - Kinder, 1st, 2nd and 3rd), classroom favorites, all about me, my school, my teacher, my friends, pages to write about favorite times in specialists (music, computer, P.E., art, and library), science, favorite book, field day writing, things I want to do during summer writing, All you need to know about ___ grade writing, field trip writing, recess, poem from the teacher page, autograph pages, a fun word search, suggestions for read alouds pages, and a comprehension game for the book "Moosekitos A Mouse Family Reunion." Click on the picture to see this packet in my TPT store.

I've also create a mini End-of-The-Year Activity book that you can check out by clicking on the picture below. This mini version includes a couple of pages from my End Of The Year Memory Books packet and also includes a fun summer tallying and graphing activity. Click on it to go to my TPT store and check it out.

April Currently & A Freebie!

Another month has flown by and it's time for Farley's currently. Currently I am...
Silence is golden! I'm enjoying having the house to myself for a change and absolutely loving the fact that it's spring break, so I'll get to experience quiet for several more days.

That being said...I can already tell this week is going by way too fast. I have a mental list of things that I'd like to get accomplished. Taxes is at the top of that list, but for the first time I'm kind of wishing I'd throw in the towel and let someone else tackle them for a change. I've always done them myself, but they are getting a little more complicated these past couple of years. Guess that tax deadline should be March 15th instead of April 15th. I seem to always wait until spring break to tackle taxes. I also want to get a little yard work done, some reading and do some general spring cleaning around the house.

Yep...needing another iced coffee to get through that mental list. I'm pretty sure iced coffee shows up on just about every currently I write. I love the stuff.

My advice is something I give myself on a regular basis since I tend to take on too much and get disappointed when I can't accomplish everything I'd like to or it takes me longer than I think it should. There should probably also be something in there about slowing down and enjoying life. I really need to do that this week.

Don't forget to go link up with Farley!
